Practice makes easy

Beautiful weather greeted us for the rehearsal on Friday night.

The flower girls were ready to go with their tissue boxes (to hand out tissues at the wedding, of course).

I saw that sigh of preparation for the sight of his bride-to-be

Pastor Cody did an excellent job of keeping things going. In fact, we were finished well before the meal was to arrive.  Once again, the day is saved by our own Eagle Scout, Jake. Now he can add Delivery Man to his resume

Food, food, and more food. Eat up, folks!

And then, we had to take some time to interrupt the rehearsal dinner to celebrate two birthdays that would be happening on wedding day but were bound to be overshadowed by the festivities. Unfortunately the bridesmaid-with-birthday-to-come was sick and not in attendance so HopeAnne blew out candles for two. The wind helped.

Strawberry cake and Chocolate cake - Mmmm!

Until tomorrow...
